Technical Notes: I've done my best to enable that this site functions on all browsers, and for the first time ever, it looks decent in Netscape. I recommend that when viewing this site you use either Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 at least, or [If you hate Microsoft that much] Netscape Navigator 6.0 [I won't be held responsible if you use that piece of junk that is 4.x], with the screen resolution set at 800 pixels by 600 pixels [that's a minimum - 1024 pixels by 768 pixels is optimum]. While it may seem odd that I chose to create a fixed design for a Web where no two systems are the same, I want to make it clear that it was done after researching my core audience. I can count on one hand the number of people who have come to this site with resolutions lower than 800 x 600, and almost as few have come with resolutions greater than 1024 x 768. There were also things which I wanted to try which would have been impossible otherwise. Also: this site is not yet 100% standards compliant; I assure you that it will be soon.

Should you have difficulty viewing this site, or should you discover any bugs, please LET ME KNOW, by reporting them to admin@vestige.org.

Notes On Site Navigation: The navigation of this site is fairly straightforward. To reach the various sections into which the site is divided, use the grey menu bar above. You will then be provided with a brief introduction to the section you have chosen, and a list of files or sub-directories on the right, depending on how the content of that particular section has been arranged. Also, you will encounter this image quite regularly. Clicking on it will return you to the previous directory.

Notes On Copyright: August C. Bourré holds the copyright on the design and content of vestige.org unless otherwise noted. In the case of artwork where photography or graphics not created by August C. Bourré have been used, I feel that they have been altered to the point where the original purpose and intent no longer apply, and indeed where they are no longer recongnizable as the original. Many of these pieces were used for purposes of experiments in graphic design. Should the original owner of these graphics and photographs wish me to remove myr altered versions, I will gladly do so, provided proof of legal ownership can be provided.
